About me
I'm a contractor embedded in the MTN South Africa Enterprise Business Unit, working across data analytics, process automation, and AI-assisted tooling. My day-to-day spans Power BI reporting, Oracle SQL, and Power Automate — but I spend as much time thinking about where Agile thinking can innovate next as I do building the fix.
My work blends Microsoft 365 automation, AI Builder, SQL and Copilot Studio with frontend delivery and the kind of documentation that makes solutions maintainable after I'm done. I've built Executive level dashboards, compiled complex reports, created nultiple automation flows and multi-agent Copilot Studio workflows, and full-stack side projects — all with the same standard: production-grade or don't ship it.
